Rachel Wiley, CPNP
Rachel Wiley, a native of Charlotte, NC, is a wife and mother of 4 children. Rachel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1999. She worked 12 years as a Pediatric nurse and spent the last five of those working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Mobile. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree in December 2015 from the University of South Alabama. Rachel is licensed as a registered nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing and is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Norma D. Mobley, M.D., FAAP
Dr. Mobley is an established Board Certified pediatrician in the Mobile Community.She is known for her dedication by achieving and maintaining the best standards of care possible, and treating the "whole patient."
She attended Michigan State University, majoring in Medical Technology and Psychology.She completed her graduate studies at Emory University and worked as a Primary Care Physician Assistant before medical school.She attended Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She remained in Atlanta to complete her specialty training in pediatrics through the Emory University School of Medicine Program.
She also served as Pediatric Chief Resident, was voted Resident of the Year and by unanimous decision, received the Mary Brady Award recognizing her as “The most self-reliant pediatric resident who supports others in the most positive, nurturing way.”Being the eldest of her parent’s five daughters, and a loving single parent to her son Cameron, Dr. Mobley has a strong sense of family.
In addition to caring for children in her busy pediatric practice, Dr. Mobley is adjunct teaching faculty for the University of South Alabama, and has been awarded “Teacher of the Year.”She is the pediatric medical director for Mercy Medical, a local home health/hospice agency.She also precepts medical students, students of allied health, and acts as a mentor to college students contemplating careers in medicine.She has additionally volunteered her services caring for children through missions in Mexico, Mississippi (post-Hurricane Katrina), and most recently in Haiti since the devastating earthquake.

We offer same day appointments for your child when they are sick. We prefer to have well visits scheduled ahead of time so that you can complete the needed forms online prior to your child’s appointment. Please call us or request an appointment online.

Insurance and Billing
ACCEPTED INSURANCE CARRIERS:
We accept most major medical insurance carriers including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, All Kids, Alabama Medicaid, Aetna, United Health Care and Tri-Care. This is not a complete list just major carriers; please call if any questions.
Co-pays and outstanding balances are collected at the time of the service. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and all other major credit cards.
If you have a life-threatening emergency, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.
During after hours and/or weekends please first look at our informative website which should answer almost all questions regarding your child’s illness and questions regarding medication dosing. Please remember that after hour calls should be for urgent calls that cannot wait until the morning when we are in the office. Since we are a medical home, we prefer that we handle your concerns about your child. However, we know that kids often get sick at night. If after you have reviewed the symptom checker on our website, you still feel you need to talk with someone, please call our office, and you will be transferred to a nurse triage service which has the ability to contact the physician on-call if necessary.
