Dr. Savells has developed her career as a pediatrician over the past 20 years.Dr. Savells and her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Sosnowski, have made a home here in Mobile with their 4 children.She is active in the community serving on multiple hospital committees at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital and is an Adjunct Associate Professor for the Department of Pediatrics at the University of South Alabama.Dr. Savells and her family enjoy going to their children’s many sports games, watching their oldest play in the McGill-Toolen band, and being active parishioners at St. Mary Catholic Church.

Danielle Madison Williams, CPNP
Madison Williams is a native of Mobile,AL. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. She has been a nurse for 6 years. She worked 3.5 years at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Madison received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2017.
Madison is licensed as a registered nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing and certified as a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

Norma D. Mobley, M.D., FAAP
Mobile, AL Pediatrician
Dr. Mobley is an established Board Certified pediatrician in the Mobile Community. She is known for her dedication by achieving and maintaining the best standards of care possible, and treating the "whole patient."
She attended Michigan State University, majoring in Medical Technology and Psychology. She completed her graduate studies at Emory University and worked as a Primary Care Physician Assistant before medical school. She attended Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She remained in Atlanta to complete her specialty training in pediatrics through the Emory University School of Medicine Program.
She also served as Pediatric Chief Resident, was voted Resident of the Year and by unanimous decision, received the Mary Brady Award recognizing her as “The most self-reliant pediatric resident who supports others in the most positive, nurturing way”.Being the eldest of her parent’s five daughters, and a loving single parent to her son Cameron, Dr. Mobley has a strong sense of family.
In addition to caring for children in her busy pediatric practice, Dr. Mobley is adjunct teaching faculty for the University of South Alabama, and has been awarded “Teacher of the Year”.She is the pediatric medical director for Mercy Medical, a local home health/hospice agency.She also precepts medical students, students of allied health, and acts as mentor to college students contemplating careers in medicine.She has additionally volunteered her services caring for children through missions in Mexico, Mississippi (post Hurricane Katrina), and most recently in Haiti since the devastating earthquake.

Charlotte MacDonell, MD
Dr. Charlotte MacDonell grew up in Atlanta, GA. She attended Davidson College in Davidson, NC where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology with honors in 2009. She went on to attend medical school at the Medical College of Georgia where she met her husband, Alex.
Dr. MacDonell then completed her pediatric residency through the University of South Alabama at USA Children and Women’s Hospital in Mobile. Following residency, she served as chief pediatric resident for one year. Dr. MacDonell is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her clinical interests include breastfeeding, newborn care, and preventative medicine for children and adolescents.
In her free time, Dr. MacDonell loves spending time with her husband Alex and their two boys, Henry & Wallace. She enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and spending time outdoors.
LaTanya Bryant, CRNP
LaTanya Bryant is a native of Mobile, AL, and is a wife and mother of three.
LaTanya is a graduate of the University of South Alabama where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998. LaTanya worked for seventeen years as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center and received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2014.
LaTanya is licensed as a registered nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing and certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is authorized for Advanced Practice Nursing by the Alabama Board of Nursing and approved for the Collaborative Practice with Katherine Savells, M.D.
